Role Description
This is a remote contract role for EFIN Holders, with a software-only option available. The role involves facilitating e-filing processes, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, managing client accounts, and working closely with clients to support their electronic filing needs. Responsibilities may also include training clients on software usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring data accuracy in all submissions.

Qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of IRS Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) regulations and requirements
• Experience with financial or tax software solutions, navigating platforms efficiently
• High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist clients remotely
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing client training
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
• Relevant experience in accounting, tax preparation, or financial services is a plus
