We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and B2B campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics.
• Support SEO optimisation efforts by conducting keyword research and updating website content using WordPress.
• Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create visual content for digital platforms and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads to optimise results.
• Write compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, blogs, and website content.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Assist with management of B2B relationships through targeted marketing efforts and communication strategies.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to track campaign progress and insights.
• Support leadership in organising marketing events or webinars by managing logistics and promotional activities.
Experience
• Proven experience in management or project management within a marketing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms is essential.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging copy for diverse audiences.
• Experience in social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram is advantageous.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and IT systems will be considered an asset.
• Organisational skills combined with effective time management are crucial for handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This position offers valuable experience in digital marketing strategies within a collaborative environment dedicated to professional growth and innovation.

Pay: £18,315.00-£65,675.32 per year
