Job Overview:
We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Lead Business Analyst to support the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role will focus on consolidating multiple WFC instances into a single WFM platform, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless data migration with PeopleSoft HRMS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead stakeholder discussions to gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Design and manage test scripts for SIT/UAT cycles
• Support data migration (extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading)
• Collaborate with integration teams using Kronos Boomi
• Validate pay rules, CBAs, and payroll processes
• Lead a team of analysts and coordinate testing efforts
• Ensure successful integration with PeopleSoft and legacy systems
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in UKG Pro WFM & Kronos Workforce Central
• Expertise in Workforce Timekeeper and other modules
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS integration
• Experience with Boomi middleware
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
