Yardi/Real Page/Support Analyst/Remote

Join a growing real estate technology organization that leverages the Yardi ecosystem to streamline property management, accounting, and operations across a diverse national portfolio. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. You’ll play a key role supporting and optimizing Yardi modules, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless performance across accounting, leasing, and property management workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting Yardi (Voyager or related modules)
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users
• Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools within Yardi
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or other Yardi modules
• Background in real estate, property management, or commercial/residential portfolios
• Experience with system implementations or upgrades
• Knowledge of integrations between Yardi and third-party systems
• Ability to create training documentation and lead user training sessions

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
• 60% Yardi Administration & Support
• 20% Reporting & Data Analysis
• 10% System Integrations
• 10% User Training & Documentation

Daily Responsibilities
• 70% Hands On (troubleshooting, system support, reporting)
• 10% Management Duties (process improvement input, stakeholder updates)
• 20% Team Collaboration (working with accounting, operations, and IT teams)
