📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document clinical workflows across healthcare environments
• Translate business and clinical needs into technical/data specifications
• Develop, test, and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts
• Perform data extraction, validation, and reconciliation from Oracle schemas
• Support EHR migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement
• Design and maintain ETL processes and structured data feeds
• Troubleshoot performance issues and integration challenges
• Act as a liaison between clinical stakeholders and technical teams
• Communicate technical constraints to non-technical audiences
📌 Required Skills (11+ Years):
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Extensive experience in EHR implementations/migrations
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Cerner CCL
• Knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture & Oracle databases
• Experience with SQL, Linux, ETL, and data migration
• Experience with REST/SOA, system integration, and distributed systems
• Programming knowledge: Java, C/C++, Python, Perl, OCI (any)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
• Strong experience in data extraction, reporting, and performance tuning

• Experience working as a Cerner consultant or technical lead
