We are seeking an Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst with strong EpicCare Ambulatory build experience to support a healthcare client’s ambulatory team. This role will manage day-to-day team activities including ticket queues, demands, user requests, and ongoing application support.
The ideal candidate will be certified in EpicCare Ambulatory and have experience gathering requirements, supporting deployments, managing application issues, and coordinating with stakeholders across clinical and technical teams. This is a senior-level analyst role requiring strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day ambulatory team activities, including ticket queues, demands, and user requests
Analyze and document business and clinical requirements
Translate requirements into process flows, specs, and support documentation
Support testing, deployments, release notes, and training materials
Perform application support and issue resolution
Coordinate with project teams and other application teams
Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior analysts
Support presentations, meetings, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
Required Qualifications
EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
2–5 years Epic build experience
Experience supporting healthcare / hospital environments
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Strong user support and issue resolution capability
Ability to work beyond normal hours when needed
Ability to come onsite within 48 hours if required
