💡 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Platform Expert to own and evolve an enterprise-level Atlassian ecosystem.
⚙️ This is a hybrid technical + business role where you’ll design workflows, optimize service models, and drive operational efficiency across teams.
🤝 You’ll work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔹 Atlassian Platform Ownership
✔️ Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence
✔️ Design workflows, permissions, issue types & schemas
✔️ Manage integrations, apps, and upgrades
🔹 Service Management (JSM)
✔️ Design service desks, queues, SLAs & routing
✔️ Improve ticket lifecycle & service delivery models
🔹 Agile Delivery (Jira)
✔️ Configure Scrum/Kanban boards & workflows
✔️ Enable roadmap planning, prioritization & dependency tracking
🔹 Knowledge Management (Confluence)
✔️ Build structured documentation & knowledge bases
✔️ Improve self-service & collaboration across teams
🔹 Process Engineering
✔️ Map and optimize business workflows
✔️ Drive process standardization & improvements
🔹 Reporting & Metrics
✔️ Build dashboards & KPI tracking (SLA, cycle time, backlog health)
✔️ Enable data-driven decision-making
🔹 Automation & Integration
✔️ Implement automation rules & integrations
✔️ Leverage APIs, scripting & Atlassian tools
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement
✔️ Translate business needs into technical solutions
✔️ Act as a bridge between business & IT teams
🎯 Required Qualifications
✔️ 5+ years of Atlassian platform administration
✔️ Expertise in Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence
✔️ Strong experience in workflow design & process improvement
✔️ Hands-on experience with dashboards, automation & integrations
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
⭐ Nice to Have
➕ Experience with ScriptRunner, Tempo, Structure
➕ Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
➕ Experience in regulated environments
➕ Background in process engineering or operations
