Required Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting ADB Safegate Airside Systems
• 5+ years of experience with Schneider Electric Safety & Security Systems
• Strong understanding of airport operations and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes
• Experience with ITMS (Integrated Traffic Management Systems or similar platforms)
• Proven ability to lead incident triage and manage critical system outages
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
