We are seeking an experienced Data & Cloud Transformation Leader with a strong background in driving large-scale data and cloud initiatives. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a blend of technical expertise, consulting mindset, and pre-sales leadership to guide organizations through their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Client Engagement:
• Lead the development and execution of data and cloud transformation strategies for enterprise clients.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors) to understand business challenges and define transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into scalable, innovative cloud and data solutions.
• Build compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals.
Pre-Sales Leadership:
• Act as a trusted advisor through technical discussions, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Drive pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, proposal development, and solution positioning.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to identify and close new business opportunities.
Technical Expertise & Thought Leadership:
• Provide strategic guidance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and architecture.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in data platforms, cloud-native services, and digital transformation.
• Develop high-quality content such as solution briefs, whitepapers, and presentations.
Project & Team Leadership:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements.
Metrics & Reporting:
• Define and track KPIs for transformation initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on progress, impact, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 18+ years of experience in data and cloud transformation, with strong client-facing and pre-sales exposure.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, data architecture, and modern data ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cloud migrations and data transformation programs.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in proposal development, RFP responses, and business development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Data Engineering or Data Architecture certifications.
