Role Description
Barnastics is looking to connect with an experienced Freelance Experiential Producer for project-based support across brand activations, pop-ups, launches, creative campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. This is an independent contractor role, not a full-time or part-time staff position.
The ideal person has a strong understanding of experiential marketing and knows how to move fluidly between creative development, production planning, vendor coordination, and execution. This role may support concept development, timelines, budgets, client communication, third-party partner management, and onsite execution depending on the scope of each project.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where creative ideas need to be brought to life thoughtfully and efficiently.
Qualifications
-Experience producing experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, pop-ups, launches, or related creative initiatives

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience managing vendors, timelines, budgets, and moving parts across multiple workstreams

• Ability to support both creative development and executional planning
–
• Comfortable collaborating with clients, partners, and external teams
–
• Willingness to travel for onsite support when needed
–
• Experience in agency, brand, or fast-paced production environments preferred
