Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 (pro-rata, dependent on experience)

Gravity 7 is a performance-driven digital marketing agency partnering with ambitious brands to drive measurable growth. We specialise in paid and organic social, combining data-led media buying with high-impact creative to deliver campaigns that cut through the noise and generate real results. We work primarily with B2C and lead generation brands, including finance clients, managing significant monthly ad spend across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.

The Role:
We’re hiring a Google Ads Manager to support a growing portfolio of client accounts across B2C and lead generation. This is a hands-on performance role, focused on improving CPA/ROAS and scaling campaigns through structured testing and optimisation. You’ll have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial 3-month contract based on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
• Identify and execute high-impact tests across bidding, targeting, and structure
• Analyse performance data to uncover optimisation opportunities
• Improve account structure, tracking, and reporting clarity
• Collaborate with internal team members on strategy and performance insights

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Experience managing £20k+ monthly ad spend per account
• Proven track record improving CPA, ROAS, or conversion volume
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, account structure, and tracking
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Must Have:
• Regulated Industry Experience
• Experience working with finance or legal advisory brands
• Strong understanding of advertising regulations and compliance requirements within these sectors
• Ability to navigate restrictions around claims, terminology, and approved messaging
• Experience ensuring campaigns meet platform policies and industry standards (e.g. financial promotions, disclaimers, restricted language)
• Confidence working within compliance constraints while still driving performance

Desirable:
• Experience working with B2C or lead generation brands
• CRO / landing page testing exposure
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripts

Working Style:
• Proactive and commercially focused
• Comfortable suggesting and implementing new ideas
• Clear communicator in a remote team
