Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Business Development Professional (B2B) who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients in the Australia and UK markets. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and earning based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients for digital marketing services
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Pitch Elevate Digital Services’ offerings confidently and effectively
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
• Negotiate and close deals independently
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement
• Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Websites, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience targeting international markets (Australia/UK preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
