Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and highly discreet Apple Executive Liaison to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, facilitating communications, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. As a key interface for our executives, you will anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and contribute to an efficient and productive executive environment. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work model, catering to a candidate who excels independently while remaining deeply connected to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple senior executives.

• Act as a primary point of contact, screening communications and directing inquiries to appropriate teams or individuals.

• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and various stakeholders.

• Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

• Coordinate and plan executive-level events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.

• Process expense reports, manage budgets, and track project timelines for executive initiatives.

• Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or operational inefficiencies.

• Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

• Maintain an organized system for records, documents, and communication archives.

• Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure consistent support and workflow.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience at a senior level.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, anticipatory approach to tasks.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team connections.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience supporting executives within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
