By making complex compliance frameworks easy to understand and practical to implement, we’ve built a strong reputation in the Compliance Solutions space. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist / Coordinator who will help execute and optimize our email campaigns — from newsletters and product updates to promotional campaigns and customer surveys. This is a hands-on operational role, focused on writing emails, building campaigns, and improving performance through analysis and testing. Preferred working hours: CET time zone (Central European Time). Your responsibilities: – Writing various types of email content (product promotions and updates, newsletters and content announcements, customer surveys and onboarding messages, email sequences and drip campaigns, etc.) – Building, scheduling, and managing campaigns – Monitoring campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) – Preparing monthly performance reports – Proposing improvements based on data and testing results (e.g., A/B testing, segmentation) – Suggesting ideas for promotional campaigns – Coordinating email campaigns with website promotions and the marketing calendar Requirements: – Proven experience in email marketing, preferably for B2B or digital products – Strong copywriting skills adapted to email formats and audiences – Ability to track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics – Analytical mindset combined with creativity – Strong attention to detail Bonus: – Experience aligning email campaigns with website CTAs and landing pages – Experience with segmentation and lifecycle marketing – Hands-on experience with HubSpot Apply tot his job
