Position Overview

We are not looking for a “Conventional Marketer” or a filmmaker who uses AI as a co-pilot. We are looking for an Agentic Marketing Architect—an AI-native engineer-marketer who bridges the gap between investigative storytelling and autonomous engineering.

Marketing has entered the “Fluogenic” Era. We don’t need someone to manually cut videos for 8 hours. We need someone who can program a system to do it. Your mission: Architect a “Closed-Loop” content engine that identifies, extracts, and optimizes educator success stories into a self-running revenue machine for the Texas and New York markets.

The Role:
• Architect Multi-Agent Workflows: Design and deploy autonomous systems (using frameworks like n8n, CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGPT) that research school districts, analyze webinars for specific educational standards, and generate high-impact video hooks.
• Close the Data Loop: Build autonomous feedback systems that monitor campaign ROI and CTR, then programmatically “instruct” a creative agent to pivot the next batch of content based on what the data shows.
• Engineer the “Phase 3” Pipeline: Move beyond manual production. You are responsible for the logic that allows AI to “observe” a webinar and “act” by producing high-conversion reels autonomously.
• Strategic Story Hunting: Conduct journalist-style interviews with U.S. district leaders, focusing on extracting the specific “Gold” that aligns with regional initiatives like Portrait of a Graduate and Performance-Based Tasks.

The Ideal Profile:
• Agentic Mindset: You don’t just “use” AI tools; you build End-to-End Agentic AI Workflows. You can demonstrate a system where AI automates research, streamlines production, and closes the loop with data analysis.
• Technical Plumbing: Hands-on experience with APIs, Webhooks, and automation orchestration (n8n, ComfyUI, Make.com, or Python-based agents).
• Business Intelligence: You understand that marketing is about triggering action. You can walk us through a live dashboard showing how you pivoted a creative strategy based on agent-driven insights.
• Fluogenic Learner: You are a fast, “smart” learner who stays ahead of the AI curve. You think in reasoning loops, not just prompts.
• Charismatic Presence: You possess an infectious, high-energy on-camera presence to ignite conversations with school principals, making them the heroes of the story.
