Why apply?: Work on high-impact projects, collaborate with world-class experts, and play a key role in driving digital innovation for leading brands.
Our Mission & Vision
At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without being slowed down by outdated technology. Many large companies rely on legacy systems – where others see a limitation, we see an opportunity.
Our mission is to tear down barriers to growth, helping brands move fast, innovate boldly, and optimise their digital experiences. We combine extraordinary technology with world-class data and insight to deliver results that redefine what’s possible in digital commerce.
Why this role matters
As an Analytical Manager, you’ll work across a portfolio of client accounts, leading our analytical, insight and experimentation activity. You’ll dig deep into customer behaviour, identify where experiences are failing, and help inform and validate better ones, all grounded in data and the scientific method.
You’ll be hands-on with analysis, but you won’t work in isolation. You’ll collaborate closely with our Delivery and Build teams, helping turn insight into action and ensuring our work delivers clear commercial value.
This role is ideal for someone with solid analytics experience who loves problem-solving, asking “why?”, and turning complex data into clear, compelling stories.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering commercial impact
You’ll be accountable for the results of our work, combining performance analytics, customer insight and experimentation to drive measurable improvements across client accounts.
Data & analytics
You’ll ensure our analytical work is accurate, robust and clearly communicated. This includes working across platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, extracting and processing data, and using visualisation tools to bring insights to life.
Customer insight
By blending quantitative and qualitative data, you’ll uncover the root causes of customer frustration and failure online, shaping experimentation programmes that improve experience and performance.
Experimentation & testing
You’ll apply the scientific method to A/B testing and CRO activity, ensuring high-quality hypotheses, sufficient testing velocity, and meaningful impact.
Collaboration & mentoring
You’ll work closely with our Delivery and Build teams to provide analytical direction and project support, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their development.
New business support
You’ll bring data and insight expertise into pitches and proposals, helping win new clients and grow our portfolio.
Staying curious
You’ll keep up with digital, analytics and experimentation trends, sharing ideas internally and with clients to continually raise the bar.
About you
You don’t need to tick every box, but we’re looking for someone who brings most of the following:
Essential
Around 2+ years’ experience post-graduation (ideally in an analytical, mathematical or scientific role)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A solid understanding of the scientific method
Willingness to travel to client sites and attend team workshops in Exeter or internationally.
Nice to have (we’ll train you if not)
Experience with digital analytics or insight platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Supermetrics)
Exposure to A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize)
Experience working in a laboratory or structured experimental environment
