Key Responsibilities
• *
Assist customers with banking products and services such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
• *
Manage customer queries efficiently through calls, emails, or in-person visits.
• *
Process banking documentation accurately including KYC, account setup, and loan applications.
• *
Promote financial products based on customer needs and organizational targets.
• *
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
• *
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Contribute to branch and personal sales targets.

Follow RBI and internal compliance guidelines to mitigate operational risks.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
• *
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• *
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• *
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, banking applications).
• Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply and will be trained.

1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
• *
Sunday Off (Alternate Saturdays Off depending on bank policy).

Hybrid roles may have flexible working hours depending on the position.
