Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate workshops with clients to define digital transformation visions and strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s current digital capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Develop detailed digital transformation roadmaps, including technology recommendations and implementation plans.
• Advise C-suite and senior leadership on best practices for digital adoption and change management.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital strategy and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT, Automation) and their business applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
