Job Description:
The Junior Brand Governance Auditor supports the execution of brand and regulatory audits across the clients sublicensee partners, ensuring adherence to company and co-brand standards.
• This role is responsible for managing high volumes of audit data and tracking compliance throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Under the direction of the Sr. Analyst, Sublicensee & Audit, this role works closely with internal stakeholders, evaluating brand consistency across partner materials, and supporting remediation efforts.
• They play a key role in generating insights that inform leadership decisions and serve as a support point for partner communications to drive clarity, and operational efficiency across the program.
Key responsibilities
• Process large amounts of data applicable to brand and regulatory audit criterion over the course of the 6-month audit process
• Organize partner-submitted materials recording brand violations to ensure accurate record keeping
• Maintain audit trackers and support remediation of non-compliant materials identified during the audit process
• Generate and compile reports on the audit results and present them to relevant supervisors and department heads
• Support the ongoing Marketing Review process
• Support program communications and partner inquiries on audit process as required
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing, brand, or related role requiring adherence to brand, visual identity, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong time management skills with ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
• Analytical mindset with ability to bring objective approach to review
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
• Ability to operate within a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Familiarity with brand marketing, communication medium and technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, or other project management software. Adobe Workfront is a plus
• Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or auditing.
• Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
