• Dubai: Rapidly expanding office seeking experienced advisors

Role Overview
As a Financial Planning Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the firm’s vision, focusing on financial planning, client relationship development, and business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, create tailored strategies, and help manage their wealth effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Represent the firm’s Financial Consultant Team professionally

• Conduct financial planning analyses and prepare strategies for clients

• Schedule and attend client meetings, capturing both short- and long-term needs

• Pursue new client relationships and expand AUM

• Lead and manage a Business Development Manager / Paraplanner

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business goals

Advantageous Skills

• Undergraduate degree in economics, financial planning, investment analysis, or related fields

• Level 4 qualification in financial services (Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Insurance)

• Experience in leading or working within a sales team

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or financial advisory

• Clean regulatory record with no client dissatisfaction or sanctions

• Proven track record in client relationship management and acquisition

• Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently
