The Role: Senior Google Ads Strategist

We are hiring a top 1 percent Google Ads strategist to lead performance across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Bing Ads — spanning five accounts.

This is a full-time position. You must be fully dedicated, with no other active clients. You will work closely with our in-house growth, creative, and CRO teams, and be deeply embedded in the company’s scaling engine.

We are not looking for a platform-only media buyer. You need to own the full strategy, guide funnel structure, influence creative execution, and build acquisition systems that scale — not just campaigns that perform short term.

What You Will Do


Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution across Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube, and Bing Ads


Architect and iterate advanced full-funnel systems, using comparison pages, advertorials, high-intent landing pages, and supporting content


Scale YouTube as a core acquisition channel, managing targeting, sequencing, audience testing, and performance — while working directly with our in-house video team to define creative needs


Manage multiple custom feeds, designing segmented structures to reach different audiences, product types, and intents


Build and scale both brand and non-brand keyword systems for maximum reach and efficiency


Analyze performance at a deep level and translate insights into clear growth actions


Collaborate across teams to ensure Search supports every touchpoint in the customer journey

What We Are Looking For


Experience leading and scaling a single brand with more than 500K per month in ad spend


Mastery of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display, and feed optimization


Proven track record of advanced YouTube scaling, not just for views but for acquisition — with a clear understanding of targeting logic, sequencing, and funnel flows


Strong experience managing multiple Shopping feeds, structured to reflect different user intents, product categories, and funnel stages


Experience building full-funnel strategies using advertorials, comparison content, and non-direct conversion paths


Massive advantage if you have experience in hair growth, skincare, or supplements, and understand the nuances of building trust, credibility, and long-term conversion


You are hacky and system-oriented — you have built acquisition machines from scratch, not just followed best practices from a course


You understand that Google is part of a broader journey, and you can connect the dots between search behavior and other paid or owned channels


Extremely organized, data-focused, and thrive in fast-moving environments


Preferably based in or overlapping with European time zones
