• Serve as key strategic partner to CEO and executive leadership
• Own all financial planning efforts for the company
• Develop internal controls and month-end reporting cadance
• Own all FP&A practices
• Support reporting at Board and Investor-level
• Manage a small team
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on finance experience
• Prior experience in a multi-entity healthcare company
• Private Equity experience highly preferred

Multi-entity healthcare company that is growing rapidly is seeking its first ever in-house VP Finance/Controller. The business has 100+ locations across the US, and are looking for a VP Finance to built out a ‘best-in-class’ accounting and finance function, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO
MUST have prior experience in a multi-site healthcare firm, preferably one that is backed by Private Equity
