Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting, fast-growing business in their search for a PPC Manager to join a high-performance team operating in a highly competitive digital environment.
This is not a “set and forget” PPC role.
We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded and naturally curious — someone who enjoys getting into the detail of paid search performance, understanding why campaigns behave the way they do, and contributing ideas that genuinely move the needle.
You’ll be supporting ongoing optimisation across high-volume campaigns, reviewing performance daily and working closely with leadership on campaign strategy, opportunities and recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
🍋 Google Ads experience
🍋 Strong Search campaign knowledge
🍋 Understanding of keywords, search terms & negative keywords
🍋 Experience reviewing campaign performance & identifying opportunities
🍋 Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
🍋 Comfortable explaining recommendations and insights
🍋 Curious around AI tools and modern workflows
Bonus points for experience within lead generation, legal, financial services or highly competitive paid media environments.
