Our well-established British client, with newly opened offices in Mexico City, is currently seeking experienced telesales professionals and financial coordinators, ideally with a background in financial services or call centre environments.
Role Overview
The primary focus of this role is to identify, target, and engage high net worth expatriate and local clients living, working, or retiring in Mexico. You will introduce prospective clients to the firm’s services and connect them with qualified Senior Financial Planners.
This role requires a strategic and research-driven approach, combined with strong communication and sales ability.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target high net worth individuals through strategic research
• Map corporate and socio-economic landscapes to uncover potential client opportunities
• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings
• Present the firm’s value proposition and generate interest in financial planning services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Stay informed on global financial markets and current affairs impacting clients from multiple jurisdictions
• Develop business through both direct outreach and referrals
Sales Approach
Success in this role requires confidence and enjoyment of the sales process, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international client base. Clients may originate from regions including the UK, USA, Germany, Australia, and South Africa, requiring adaptability and cultural awareness.

Minimum Requirements
