Digital Lemon Talent are supporting an exciting high-growth business in their search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a fast-moving performance marketing team.
This is not a traditional marketing assistant role.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the intersection of creativity, data and paid media — someone naturally curious who wants exposure to high-volume digital campaigns and enjoys understanding what makes advertising perform.
You’ll support campaign analysis, creative testing, reporting and new platform research whilst working closely with leadership in a highly collaborative environment.
What we’re looking for:
🍋 Exposure to paid advertising campaigns
🍋 Understanding of core metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA etc.)
🍋 Strong analytical mindset
🍋 Ability to interpret data commercially
🍋 Experience creating or adapting digital creatives
🍋 Figma exposure beneficial
🍋 Curious about AI tools and modern workflows
🍋 Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points if you have experience across Meta, paid social, lead generation or performance-focused environments.
