Digital Web Analyst

Trident Consulting is seeking a ” Digital Web Analyst” for one of our client in ” Remote (Preference for candidates in CT or ET time zones)”A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Digital Web Analyst

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in CT or ET time zones)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential up to 1 year+

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Onboarding: Background + Credit Check Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day monitoring and analysis of CrowdStrike.com traffic, conversions, campaign performance, and page-level engagement metrics

• Build and maintain executive-facing Adobe Analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks

• Translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations and actionable insights for leadership teams

• Partner closely with Digital Experience, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve user journeys

• Conduct behavioral and UX analysis using qualitative and quantitative data sources such as session insights, heatmaps, and survey data

• Support scalable self-service reporting infrastructure and recurring reporting cadences

• Operate in a fast-paced agile environment using Jira and Slack while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Target Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years of experience in Web Analytics, Digital Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Digital Performance roles

• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, Report Builder, calculated metrics, segmentation, fallout analysis)

• Proven experience within enterprise B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-volume digital environments

• Strong data storytelling ability — candidates should be able to present insights, recommendations, and strategic business impact rather than just reporting numbers

• Comfortable working independently in remote-first environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline analysis and reporting workflows

• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, conversion optimization, customer journey analysis, and web performance strategy

• Preferred exposure to tools/platforms such as ContentSquare, Quantum Metric, FullStory, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target, or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
