Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamic CRM Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and Azure services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, while leveraging cloud-based capabilities to enhance system performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and integrations using .NET (C#, ASP.NET)
Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications and services using APIs and Azure tools
Utilize Azure Services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain and optimize existing CRM implementations for performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM applications and integrations
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data management
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET
Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus)
Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations
Good understanding of SQL Server and data modeling
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for CRM customizations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
