Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales within the private client sector, focusing on expatriates in Switzerland
• Acquire new clients and expand the existing client base
• Provide tailored advice and ongoing support to international clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and participate in tenders
• Assist in organizing company events
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory
• Proven track record of sales success within the insurance or financial services sector
• Experience working with international or expat clients is advantageous
Certifications & Background
• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Recognized investment qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII or listed on the Swiss FINMA register) preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Strong sales ability with a results-driven mindset
• High level of self-motivation, discipline, and initiative
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide needs-based, tailored financial advice
• Fluent in German and English
