Wealth Manager / Independent Financial Advisor Opportunity in Abu Dhabi
Our client is seeking experienced Wealth Managers and Independent Financial Advisors in Abu Dhabi who are either already operating independently or looking to take the next step in their careers.
This role offers the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio while delivering tailored, cross-border financial advice in a face-to-face environment.
Advisors will work with clients to assess and deliver solutions across:
• Lump sum investing
• Retirement planning
• Education fee funding
• Life insurance
• Estate and inheritance tax planning

Key Responsibilities
• Represent the firm as part of the Financial Consultant Team
• Conduct detailed financial planning analysis for clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings to assess short- and long-term financial goals

• Proactively develop new business and client acquisition opportunities
• Lead and manage support staff such as Business Development Managers or Paraplanners
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
• No history of client dissatisfaction or regulatory sanctions
Certifications
• Recognized investment qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII or equivalent) preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own business pipeline
• Dynamic, driven, and results-oriented personality
