CTG is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Systems Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives, data analysis, and process improvement efforts. This role will assist in coordinating project activities while leveraging technical skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL to drive insights, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and status reporting across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates for leadership and team members
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed
Systems & Business Analysis
• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional solutions
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and testing efforts
• Partner with business users to identify process improvement opportunities
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
Process Automation
• Design and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliability
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, visualization)
• Power Automate (workflow development)
• SQL (queries, joins, data manipulation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $76,800.00 to $85,500.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
