New Edge Associates, a Talent Acquisition Firm, is partnering with a growing financial institution seeking an experienced HOA Relationship Manager / Lender to support and expand its Homeowners Association (HOA) banking portfolio throughout Texas. This role is responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing HOA clients, and delivering customized lending and treasury solutions to community associations and property management companies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, commercial lending experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships within the HOA and property management space. This individual will work closely with internal banking partners to deliver exceptional service while driving deposit and loan growth.
Job Requirements
• Develop and manage relationships with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), property management companies, and community associations throughout Texas
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
• Structure, underwrite, and manage HOA-related lending opportunities including lines of credit, term loans, and deposit relationships
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate borrower financial statements, budgets, reserve studies, and operating performance
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell treasury management and other banking products
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship retention
• Monitor existing loan relationships and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
• Partner with credit, treasury, and operations teams to facilitate loan closings and account onboarding
• Participate in industry events, association meetings, and networking activities to promote the bank’s HOA banking platform
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, reporting, and client documentation within banking systems
• Support portfolio growth initiatives while maintaining sound credit quality standards
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of commercial lending or business banking experience required
• Experience working with HOA, property management, or community association clients preferred
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Experience analyzing financial statements and commercial credit structures
• Knowledge of commercial lending products, treasury services, and deposit solutions
• Ability to manage and grow a commercial client portfolio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Must be located in Texas or have an established Texas market presence
