Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading and building a small team of financial advisors

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or relevant offshore experience

• Strong sales track record

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply

• Proficient in PC systems and database/CRM platforms

• Professional and client-focused approach

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory

• Recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII, or equivalent)
