What will you be doing?

As a Volunteer Operations Analyst, you will play a strategic role in improving how the organisation operates. Your focus will be on analysing systems, identifying gaps, and designing better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Data Tracking & Performance Monitoring
• Develop and maintain centralised tracking systems (e.g. Google Sheets)
• Monitor key metrics such as
• Volunteer recruitment and onboarding timelines
• Task completion rates across teams
• Programme and project delivery timelines
• Ensure data is accurate, structured, and useful for decision-making
• Reporting & Operational Insights
• Produce weekly or bi-weekly reports for leadership
• Highlight
• Inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Workflow and system gaps
• Operational risks
• Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Process Analysis & Workflow Design
• Map and document workflows across teams (HR, Operations, Programmes)
• Analyse how work actually flows in practice
• Identify
• Bottlenecks and delays
• Redundant or unclear steps
• Communication or structural gaps
• Recommend improved workflows and systems
• Risk Identification
• Proactively identify
• Process breakdowns
• Inefficiencies affecting delivery
