Position: Aptean Ross ERP System Administrator/Developer ($120K-$160K+) REMOTE

Overview
Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking an Aptean Ross ERP System Administrator/Developer to take ownership of their Ross ERP environment. This individual contributor role will manage system administration, enhancements, and daily operations while partnering with end users to drive ERP improvements across finance, supply chain, and production. This is a high-impact opportunity to be the internal subject matter expert for a mission-critical ERP system in a global organization.
Responsibilities
• Administer and configure Aptean Ross ERP, including upgrades, patches, and user security
• Maintain and enhance custom code and ERP extensions
• Partner with end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support daily operations
• Collaborate with third-party consultants on historical system updates and customizations
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for daily ERP operations
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize performance
• Document system processes, configurations, and customizations
• Collaborate with IT leadership on potential system integrations
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Ross ERP
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Aptean Ross ERP administration experience
• Hands-on Ross ERP configuration and customization experience
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing environments
• Ability to travel quarterly to the Pittsburgh area
• Ability to work EST hours (M-F, 8am-5pm)
