Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning modules, courses, and resources.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and content scope.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure learning pathways.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for multimedia content, including videos, animations, and simulations.
• Select and implement appropriate e-learning tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Ensure all learning materials adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and iterative testing of learning content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and instructional design.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360)
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging instructional content
• Experience with multimedia development (audio, video editing, graphic design)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content publishing
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
• Portfolio showcasing previous digital learning projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital learning interfaces
