Job Description
Career.aliyucares is actively seeking a highly analytical and creative Digital Strategist to join our dynamic and expanding team. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email.
• Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, technical, and account management teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Present strategies and performance reports to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify new digital opportunities and channels to drive client growth and innovation.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
