Position: Growth Engineer (Conversion Optimization / Landing Pages)
Location: Glencross
We’re looking for a Growth Engineer who enjoys building landing pages, running experiments, and improving conversion rates at scale.
In this role, you’ll help drive landing page experimentation across a large digital acquisition ecosystem operating multiple brands in a high-spend performance marketing environment. You’ll partner closely with marketers and analysts to run rapid A/B tests, build high-converting landing pages, and continuously optimize the lead capture experience.
Our client is a high-growth digital lead generation company in the legal sector
, operating multiple consumer-facing brands that connect qualified claimants with litigation law firms. Through a combination of performance marketing, data science, and an in-house intake center, the company manages a large paid acquisition ecosystem where experimentation directly impacts conversion performance and revenue outcomes.
This role offers a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 depending on experience
. This is a remote position, and the working hours are based on the EST time zone. There will be occasional travel to the Savannah, GA office.
What You’ll Do
• Build and optimize landing pages and web form experiences across multiple marketing campaigns and brands
• Run frequent A/B testing and experimentation programs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
• Translate marketing briefs and wireframes into clean, conversion-focused page layouts
• Implement tracking, tagging, and instrumentation across marketing platforms
• Ensure accurate measurement using Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion pixels, and event tracking
• Build scalable landing page templates and reusable components for rapid campaign launches
• Continuously improve page messaging, trust signals, form design, and mobile UX to increase conversion
• Partner with analysts and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for experimentation
• Work cross-functionally with marketing partners and vendors to standardize page requirements and reduce dependencies
What We’re Looking For
• Experience building landing pages and working on conversion optimization or growth experimentation initiatives
• Ability to translate wireframes or marketing briefs into clean, high-converting page layouts with strong visual hierarchy and mobile responsiveness.
• Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experience building landing pages in Word Press
• Experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Experience running A/B tests or multivariate experimentation programs
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
• Understanding of conversion optimization concepts such as trust signals, CTA placement, and form optimization
• Ability to operate in fast-moving marketing environments where rapid testing and campaign launches are common
