Role Description
This volunteer position is for a Linguistics/Language Article Writer who has graduated from a degree/ high-level study programme in the field of language, linguistics, or any other related field. The writer will be responsible for producing high-quality academic and educational article(s) related to linguistics and language studies. Tasks include topic research, editing, proofreading, and adhering to the organisation’s guidelines and themes. This is a remote opportunity designed for graduates passionate about language and scholarship.
Qualifications
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Be conversatioanly fluent in English. Having another language under your belt is a plus
• Basic understanding of linguistics and language studies
• Ability to conduct research and develop content tailored to specific topics
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in working independently within a deadline-oriented environment
• Passion for education and public benefit
• Bachelor’s degree or other higher qualification in Linguistics, Languages, or a related field
• Experience in academic writing or article creation is a plus
