Who You Will Be Working For

Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm focused on the life sciences industry. Our services include Management Consulting, Managed Services, and Agile Services. Global pharmaceutical companies and emerging players in the life sciences industry depend on Atlas consultants to help drive innovation, operational excellence, and patient-first outcomes.

What You Will Do

We are seeking a Platform Developer to support and configure two key clinical analytics platforms — Aetion Evidence Platform and Lokavant Spectrum. This role will bring deep expertise in platform configuration, validation testing activities, and mailbox/intake management, while also handling access administration and vendor coordination across both platforms.

This individual will partner across Real-World Evidence, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Data Management functions to translate business requirements into compliant platform configurations that enable study monitoring, risk-based monitoring, and real-world evidence analytics.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application support for Lokavant Spectrum and Aetion Evidence Platform across L1.5, L2, and L3 tiers

• Manage access administration, including user provisioning, role assignment, and periodic access reviews on both platforms

• Coordinate with Lokavant and Aetion vendor support teams on incident resolution, service requests, and platform releases

• Configure Lokavant Spectrum within agreed-upon standards to support study monitoring, risk-based monitoring, and operational analytics use cases

• Configure the Aetion Evidence Platform within agreed-upon standards and execute validation testing activities, including test script authoring, execution, evidence collection, and traceability

• Own the intake mailbox for the Aetion Evidence Platform — triaging incoming requests, routing to the right owner, tracking SLAs, and closing the loop with requestors

• Author and maintain configuration standards, work instructions, and validation documentation

• Troubleshoot configuration and data issues; perform root cause analysis and partner with vendors on permanent fixes

• Partner with Real-World Evidence, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Data Management stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to platform operations, configuration standards, and vendor management models

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience configuring and supporting clinical analytics or real-world evidence platforms in a regulated environment

• Hands-on configuration experience with Aetion Evidence Platform and/or Lokavant Spectrum (experience with both strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated experience executing computer system validation activities, including test script authoring, execution, and evidence management

• Experience operating an intake/triage mailbox with SLA-driven request management

• Strong understanding of clinical trial data flows, real-world data, and operational analytics use cases

• Familiarity with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements

• Strong vendor coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

• Exposure to other clinical platforms such as Medidata Rave, Sycamore CDW, or Veeva preferred

• SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
