Salesforce RevOps Analyst
Contract Length: 3-months

Our client in the e-learning space are looking for a Salesforce RevOps Analyst to support a Salesforce optimisation programme focused on CRM remediation, operational improvement, and Revenue Cloud readiness. The role will focus heavily on hands-on Salesforce data quality improvement and supporting the redesign of operational processes across the sales and renewal lifecycle.
Key Experience Needed
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience
• Salesforce remediation and data cleansing experience
• Experience improving CRM operational processes
• Understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud environments
• Exposure to RevOps or quote-to-cash workflows
• Strong data quality and governance understanding
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Cleanse and rationalise Salesforce data
• Support Salesforce remediation and optimisation activities
• Improve data quality and governance processes
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies within Salesforce
• Support operational improvements across quote-to-cash workflows
• Assist with preparation for Revenue Cloud migration
• Work closely with architecture and RevOps stakeholders
