Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute email marketing strategies across diverse e-commerce industries.
– Own client relationships; you are their primary point of contact.
– Review and optimize email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action aligned with client goals.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue, ROI) and present findings.
– Lead client calls and deliver campaign results with clear improvement recommendations.
– Collaborate with project coordinators, designers, copywriters, and developers.
– Stay current on email marketing trends, deliverability, and platform updates.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of agency experience in email marketing (not just in-house; agency pace is different).
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and platforms (Klaviyo experience is a major plus).
– Confident presenting to clients; you need to be comfortable leading calls and defending strategy.
– Excellent written and verbal English (9/10 or 10/10 fluency; non-negotiable).
– High creativity and sharp attention to detail.
– Ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple client accounts.
