The Million Dollar Solution is seeking a skilled, solutions-oriented IT Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of software integrations, automations, and workflows that support both internal operations and client success.
Role Overview
This role begins on a project-based or part-time basis, with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The IT Developer will act as a technical architect, translating operational goals into scalable, efficient systems using modern platforms and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and maintain software integrations and workflows
– Build and optimize CRM, marketing, and operations automations
– Lead integrations across HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft platforms
– Collaborate with leadership and operations teams
– Troubleshoot and improve existing systems
– Document workflows and technical processes
– Support client-facing implementations as needed
Qualifications & Experience
– Experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist
– Strong understanding of APIs and workflow automation
– Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Clear communication and documentation abilities
– Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
– East Coast residency required
