OM Performance Marketing
OM Performance Marketing brings full-stack digital advertising to the dental industry. We help doctors, group practices, and DSOs finally understand their true growth and acquisition costs — then help them scale their investment in marketing with confidence.
We combine advanced data tracking, creative execution, and integrated analytics to give partners visibility into what’s working and what’s not. Our goal is simple: connect marketing performance to business outcomes and make growth predictable. Our commitment is to provide technical marketing expertise and full-stack execution.

• Strong understanding of local lead generation funnels and remarketing
• Hands-on operator who thrives on data, testing, and iteration
• Creative mindset — willing to experiment, challenge norms, and find new wins
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or local service industries is a plus
