Special Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare finance or reimbursement experience, preferably with Medicare Cost Report exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of hospital finance and accounting principles.
• Prior experience with Axiom (or similar financial planning and analytics tools) strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
