ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist to help drive Madcraft’s outbound business development and pipeline generation efforts.

This is a highly execution-focused role centred around:
• outbound prospecting
• account research
• Website visitor intelligence and intent-based outreach
• LinkedIn outreach
• cold email
• calls
• meeting generation

You will work closely with leadership to help build a scalable outbound growth engine targeting industrial, manufacturing, heavy equipment, construction, and B2B organisations across the US and Ireland.

This role is about smart, targeted outreach — not spam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own outbound business development and meeting generation activity across Madcraft’s target ICPs.

Research and identify target accounts across industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, construction materials, B2B distribution, engineering, and related industries.

Use tools such as Leadfeeder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, CRM systems, and outbound sequencing platforms to identify and engage decision-makers.

Build and manage outbound sequences across:
• Email
• LinkedIn
• Calls
• Intent-based outreach
• Nurture campaigns

Generate qualified meetings for Madcraft’s leadership and strategy teams.

Engage with target accounts consistently and professionally through multi-touch outreach strategies.

Research company pain points and identify opportunities around:
• Digital transformation
• Customer platforms
• Legacy systems
• B2B commerce
• Operational inefficiencies
• Customer experience
• Digital infrastructure

Work closely with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategy.

Track and manage all outreach activity inside CRM and reporting systems.

Monitor website visitor intent data and proactively engage accounts showing buying signals.

Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and strategic outbound campaigns.

Provide weekly reporting on:
• Outreach activity
• Meetings booked
• Positive replies
• Pipeline progression
• Campaign learnings

Continuously test, improve, and optimize outbound messaging, targeting, and workflows.

Maintain a high level of urgency, consistency, and ownership around pipeline generation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or pipeline generation
• Strong communication and prospecting skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
• Experience using outbound and prospecting tools
• Organized, proactive, and process-driven
• Comfortable working with KPIs and activity targets
• High level of accountability and urgency

BONUS POINTS FOR
• Experience targeting industrial, manufacturing, construction, or B2B companies
• Experience with ABM or intent-based outreach
• Understanding of digital transformation, websites, portals, CRM/ERP systems, or AI workflows
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, or Teamwork
