I am currently partnering with a global, Fortune 10 industry leader to secure a heavyweight Senior Project Manager for a long-term, high-visibility engagement within their Corporate Finance PMO.
💼 Rate: $75.00 – $80.00 / hour (W2/C2C) 📍 Location: Remote (Strong preference for DFW/Irving, TX local candidates for hybrid flexibility) ⏳ Duration: Long-term Contract
What You’ll Do:
• Drive Enterprise Transformation: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale finance initiatives, including systems migrations, operating model changes, and automation rollouts.
• Act as the Strategic Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact connecting Finance business owners, IT engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
• Enforce Rigorous Governance: Proactively manage project portfolios, track burn rates, handle complex risk/dependency logs, and ensure all deliverables incorporate strict financial controls (approval hierarchies, audit trails, and validation checks).
• Champion Change: Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive user readiness and adoption across the Finance Shared Services (FSS) organization.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of professional PM experience with a proven track record explicitly within Corporate Finance, Banking, or Financial Services environments.
• Deep mastery of both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Active PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong technical familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and workflow tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Planview).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT required; an MBA or Master’s in Finance is a massive plus.
