The role involves close collaboration to create engaging conversational experiences, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to ongoing learning to drive superior user interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with partners to create engaging, high-quality conversational flows. • Maintain adherence to established quality standards and guidelines. • Keep abreast of the latest research to innovate and improve user experiences. • Contribute to the development of customer-centric solutions based on UX principles. • Design and refine conversational interfaces (voice, chat, IVR) to enhance user engagement. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional writing and content design capabilities. • Solid understanding of interactive design principles. • Experience with large language models and conversational design techniques. • Preferred candidates will have experience or familiarity with AI technology and conversational interfaces.
