Join Our Team We’re seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our Borrower Success Team, working directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to tackling one of the greatest challenges of our generation. Your Role As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Your responsibilities will include: * Understanding arenaflex’s product offerings and how they address borrowers’ needs * Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance * Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs to ensure borrowers receive the support they need * Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations to help scale the team and improve borrower outcomes * Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission * Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings Recommended Experience We’re looking for teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support.
