We are looking for an experienced and reliable Operations & Marketing Assistant to support a growing workplace wellbeing business during a busy period.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can step in confidently, work independently and pick things up quickly without the need for close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing diaries, meetings and general administration
• Communicating with clients and handling enquiries professionally
• Reaching out to prospective clients and partnership contacts
• Updating website content
• Creating and scheduling LinkedIn content
• Supporting marketing campaigns and business development activity
• Coordinating tasks and keeping projects on track
• Providing general operational support as needed
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar operations, marketing or business support role
• Confident communicating with both clients and prospective clients
• Strong written communication, including LinkedIn content
• Experience updating websites (Wix or similar platforms)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of a business
About You
You are proactive, dependable and able to step into a fast-moving environment without needing extensive guidance. You are comfortable managing your own workload, switching between tasks and maintaining a high standard of work.
This role is best suited to someone who is experienced, adaptable and confident taking ownership of their work from day one.
Pay: From £18.00 per hour
