Telemarketing Agent for our retained client project – Director Options
Pay: £13.50 per hour + £500 per month commission (OTE £34,000-£35,000)
The Role
Director Options is a specialist corporate triage programme working with company directors facing financial difficulty. We help directors quickly and clearly understand their options, connecting them with the right pathway at the right time.
As a Telemarketing Agent, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads and guiding directors through an initial triage conversation. You do not give advice. You gather information, assess fit, and pass qualified cases to the right team.
What You Will Be Doing
• Handle inbound calls from company directors seeking initial guidance on their financial position
• Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns
• Conduct structured triage conversations to qualify cases and identify the right outcome pathway
• Accurately record all call activity and case notes in the CRM
• Schedule follow-up appointments and hand off qualified leads to the appropriate team
• Identify re-engagement opportunities within existing lead data
• Provide regular performance updates to the programme lead
• Support the wider team with data management and lead tracking as required
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing phone-based role
• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone
• Able to follow a structured conversation framework without sounding scripted
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated and target driven
• A background in financial services or business support is an advantage but not essential
• GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
